Thank you for your interest in joining the parish on our Spiritual Pilgrimage and Mission Trip to Chalco, Mexico!
To apply, please fill out the form below by April 1, 2023. For those accepted on the trip, more information will be collected later (i.e. emergency contact, health insurance, waivers, passport number, etc.)
Space is limited! A wait list will be formed upon filled reservations, as it is likely some may have to cancel and wait list participants can attend.
To complete your application, a $75 semi-refundable deposit is required. You may pay via Venmo @ImmaculateConception_DC with the note: Mexico Mission Trip or by check made out to Immaculate Conception Church. If by check include your name and Mexico Mission Trip in the memo line. Deposits will reserve your spot on the trip and be applied to final amount due.
5/1/23 – $250 Due
6/1/23 – Last day for cancellation/refund of deposit
7/1/23 – Remaining $215/Full Payment Due
